Oh my gosh this was the best order yet! The frys were super crispy which makes it so much better. But the pork and bbq sauce are so delicious! I love this because I am not supposed to have gluten and I can have this incredible dish with the delicious pork and bbq sauce and not feel cheated. Its absolutely delicious!!! It's my favorite thing to order from door dash

I ordered the Beef Brisket Plate without sauce. Bbq sauce give me migraines...The meat is very dry and the outside crust is literally burned. I'm not sure but I bet $26 that this was reheated dry in the oven. This is not the first time it was so bad I asked for credit.

we love the Ribs and Beef Brisket and Smoked Chicken meals! the baked potato is baked with spices and the A la Carte Corn Pudding is awesome 👌 the price is very affordable compared to other restaurants in Redmond.

Maybe I'm just biased as a Texas guy, but nothing in my order was worth getting again. Ribs were fine, but not good, baked potato and cornbread were both mediocre, and I paid more than $3 for a small cup of Dr Pepper, with half the cup or more of taken by ice. I expected a Dickies style big nice plastic cup for that price

Baldy's is always a favorite. You honestly can't go wrong with anything one the menu! The smoked chicken will always be my go to when I don't know or can't decide what I want. So good. Not overly smoky but just a great flavor and their BBQ sauce is amazing!
