I had the BYO Poke Bowl with spicy salmon and the Global Greens Smoothie. Both really hit the spot. Love that you can also customize the smoothie and add other ingredients, such as protein, to it to make it a meal replacement. Yum!

This smelled amazing from the moment I got it to when I was eating it, so fresh the Brussels were amazing, the steak was so soft and easy to eat, honeslty the whole plate tied in together so perfectly! Would get this again if I'm in Gainesville, such a big portion two people can eat of one plate! But they had such an amazing BOGO DEAL!!! That we got both and ate lunch and then dinner!

First time ordering. Nice fresh break from road-trip burger joints etc Easy to customize for our food allergies and the servings were large. Appreciated the BOGO bowl deals and the roasted veggies especially

I normally get the salmon and love it but I'm not sure what happened this time, it is so salty I literally couldn't eat it. I'm a bit upset cause it's an up charge for the salmon, just for me to not even be able to eat it.

It’s good and delicious but the two grain choices I selected take up most of the bowl and there are way more grains than there are of my veggie options. The vegetable portions are very lacking. And the portion of avocado I paid over $2 extra for made me laugh out loud upon seeing. It is 1/4th of an avocado (4 tiny slithers) whereas a whole avocado is like $1 at the grocery store. 2 or 3 small bites of avocado is insufficient and lacking. I don’t know how Vale can stay in business if those are the portions. I eat Bolay and Fresh Kitchen all the time and thought I would try you guys because you are similar. But I don’t think I can eat it again. That is a shame because it does taste and look delicious. The protein/vegan tenders portion was good though.
