Eggplant parm sub was one of my favorites eggplant parms I've ever had! Salad was full of fresh veggies. We were not overly hungry and wanted leftovers--one sub, one salad, one large pizza was perfect for dinner and leftovers for lunch and then some.

The Garlic Knots are perfectly balanced with a crispy outside and fluffy inside. The paired marinara sauce was well seasoned. My Meatball Parm had a great toast on the bread. It was filled with a delightful amount of cheese and the meatballs were a generous size. Everything was amazing!

This location is by far the best of the local 3 to me. They pay the most attention to detail and offer special request as some of the other Caruso's locations do not. The pricing is also lower. My food is always exactly how I order and always fresh. Always choose fruitville pike location for the best food!

Caruso's is consistently excellent. They prepare every item with such care and attention. We'vebeen ordering from here for years now and they have never gotten an order wrong or made a dish subpar! Kudos to them. We love the margharita pizza, their bolis are so good and even their pastas and sandwiches are yummy. The prices are worth it for the sheer quantity of delicious food you get! Plus, the desserts... *chef's kiss.* Don't think twice about ordering. Just do it. You will not regret it.
