Called them to ask if I can get specific doughnuts and the person I talked to was very helpful and patient with me. He made sure to put away the ones I wanted for later as I was scheduling ahead. It came warm and looks delicious!

Recommend bringing back merchant requests or an option to request frosted and glazed doughnuts. We enjoyed 3 out of our 6. We ordered at 10AM hoping to receive some top sellers. For the price we were unsatisfied with their selections. We are huge fans from Day 1. We wear our Johnny's Doughnuts hats proudly. This time was disappointing for us.

We love Johnny's but don't order delivery because the stores don't allow you to request flavors. I'm ok with substitutes, but would like to have the option to request. Even though the item description says "tell us your favorites and we will do our best", the store then chooses the option not to allow customers to include item modifications. Too expensive not to be able to request. I do like the addition of the 4 pack, but still won't order until the store enables special requests in the items, as indicated by their description.

We got 2 chocolate glazed with sprinkles, an apple fritter, a spiced buttermilk, regular buttermilk and a glazed with maybe pumpkin or caramel & white glaze drizzle.
Not Johnnys fault:
Side note, also ordered 2 different flavors of Red Whale coffee. Two 12 oz cups. Neither was labeled. Annoying.
