I havent had a hot beef sandwich from Russ' in years & it did NOT disappoint!! It tasted the same as I remember!! The gravy was perfect, the mashed potatoes were awesome & the sandwich was perfect. Russ' has the best comfort food ever! I cant recommend them enough.

Grilled cheese was good, fudge cake was good, the chicken tenders were good, but every time I order chicken tenders there's supposed to be 4 pieces and you only get 2 or sometimes 3. This last time I was highly disappointed that I paid 20 dollars for 4 chicken strips. I don't think I'll be ordering them again.

Sweet potatoes fries were a little overdone. The French fires were delicious. A little disappointed with the number of Fried Mushrooms . We paid $9 for 9 pieces. Everything else was fabulous as usual!

I have been eating at Russ's for nearly all of my 60 years, and I have to say that this was one of the worst meals, if not THE worst, I have ever had from Russ'! I requested crispy hash, yet it looked and felt as though it'd barely been warmed. It turned my stomach because it looked like raw ground beef.
Then there were the scrambled eggs. Though technically scrambled, they looked more like an unfilled omlet and less (A LOT less) like fluffy scrambled eggs.

our favorite local restaurant! this was our first time doing delivery and it was still delicious!
The Meatloaf Stacker is a family favorite. The onion rings got a little mushy in delivery transit but for that meal it was OK!
We ordered Chicken Monterey for the first time and that I will certainly order again!! The chicken was juicy and the rice was cooked to perfection!
The only feedback I'd provide is do not put butter in the container with the hot food - it was pure liquid when I received it and I used mine from home. Also, if someone orders a baked potato, send spur cream too or at least provide a way to request/ add it to a baked potato order!
