My first time trying and definitely underwhelmed. for 7.50 I got the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese on ciabatta bread. It was flat, lifeless, and tasteless. Nothing at all like the photos provided of a large fluffy egg and lots of melted cheese. For half the price maybe it would have been worth it, the quality is about what you'd expect from Dunkin Donuts which is fine when you're paying Dunkin Prices. I also ordered a large Iced Fudge Ripple which was super tasty. The app says "Sugar Free" beneath it, which is definitely NOT the case as I have a medical condition that reacts strongly to sugar and I couldn't finish the drink in the end. It must be listed incorrectly in the app and having never been to the store in person, I'm not familiar with any of their other sugar free options. I ordered the blueberry muffin for a friend who said it was large, tasty, and for sure worth the 4.50.

I'd recommend getting cream cheese or something additional with the Ham, Egg & Cheese bagel as it was very dry. Everything tasted fresh, but it was just pretty dry. The chai Blended Chai Chiller was yummy, the vanilla flavor was very sweet. Will definitely get spiced next time to see the difference!

$7.50 for half full vanilla Cappuccino. Rude and not helpful when calling business
