We have ordered from Applebee's a handful of times and we never get our full order. This time, we barely got any chips with our spinach dip, the salsa was not included, my side salad was half wilted, the dirty fountain soda just tasted like regular soda, and the NEW Ultimate Trio was not good! The fried pickles were like the bottom of the barrel, all smashed and not very many at all. The pretzel sticks had no salt on them and were very overcooked. They were dry and tough. The chicken quesadillas were not great and half of them didn't have chicken in them. We also didn't receive any silverware or napkins with our order. Lastly, the lid to the soda had popped off during delivery.
On a good note, the chips were crunchy, the beer cheese was good, and the spinach dip is always good. I did receive my extra Italian dressing.

the price point is great & usually when we dine in everything tastes good. it was okay, just the chicken & shrimp were overcooked this time. salad & wings were pretty good - overall a good value, and happy to have it delivered.

When I first got the NEW Cinnabon® Mini Swirls they were great. They were cooked perfectly and they were nice and hot. But as of lately they have been horrible. Over cooked which makes them hard and they have been cold almost as if they've been sitting out for a while.

The Chicken Tenders Plate had a very small portion for the side. The tenders didn't taste fresh and had a strange consistency. Wouldn't order again.
