The food here is other worldly! You can see and taste the quality from a simple Fettuccine Alfredo to the Pappardelle al Cinghiale . Everything was rich but not overwhelming, just the right amount of meat+sauce+pasta ratio. The food makes the price worth it.

It must have been an off night for the mains. TheRisotto Con Spinaci e Salsiccia is a dish I usually order. It does vary on the taste and amount of ingredients... unfortunately, tonight's is sooooo salty. I am unable to eat it as it is and will have to either modify it, or forget about it.
Thankfully, the Insalata di Spinaci is very nice, fresh, and pretty.
I'm saving the Charcuterie & Fromage plate for tomorrow, but it should be fine.
Props to the Sous, or whomever assembled the salad and board.... but I am too disappointed in the Mains to be positive on this evening. There is the trope about chefs or cooks that over salt dishes because they smoke. I smoke, and it tastes like half a canister of salt was added.
I do apologize. This is one of my go to restaurants, but I am going to hold off from ordering for a bit.

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants. The Mozzarella Caprese is always fresh, and the variety of tomatoes I've had over time is lovely.
I think they use a less processed, possibly imported, pasta. I am able to eat the Fettuccine Alfredo without issue. That makes me very happy.
The Veal Meat Balls are hand-rolled. they are perfect as a high protein snack, or to add to a larger meal.
I think the prices are perfect for the quality and dedication to the food.

I am usually overjoyed by the food here. However, it must have been an off day. i did try a new dish, the Carpaccio & Polenta, it was drowning in the Truffle olive oil, the meat was so thinly sliced, and raw, and bright red... it didn't resemble any type of food I've eaten before. It may be my fault, I didn't know Polenta was fried into a little rectangle.
The Mozzarella Caprese was nice, there weren't any olives this time, but they did kindly add extra Basil, which I love. i still think the pour of the olive oil is a bit much.
The Veal Meat Balls and the Fettuccine Alfredo were perfect and consistent from previous orders.
I really do like this place, but I will likely stick to what I know is good.
Just one more thing, there was a short period when the take out containers were wrapped in cellophane. That was great! Without it, the bag is full of various oils and liquids, just causing an additional mess.
I'll still return.

This place is insanely delicious. The salsicca dishes are my favorite- from the risotto to the ravioli to the rigatoni, the combo of sausage , tomato and mushrooms wins every time with their mastering of sauces. Thank you!
