This has long been one of my favorite places to go for an amazing sub sandwich. However, I have a lot of food allergies/sensitivities, like gluten. So, I finally convinced myself to go for the Hook and Ladder Salad. It is a winner!

My smokehouse beef medium sandwich was slathered in gobs of Mayo and had only one small squirt of barbeque sauce right in the middle of the sandwich. I have ordered that sandwich many times to eat in and it has always been delicious! I put my own sauce in it and microwaved it and it was good after scraping off Mayo! $20 for a mess! The meat was fine!

Sandwiches, delicious as always. But did not receive anything else (Chips , Soups , and cookie Dessert Bundle 6). For a pricey order, and hungry kids let down for not getting their cookies (and 1 kid bot getting his meal cuz he had surgery and is on soups only), I just had to rate low this time.

I ordered 2 bowls of Firehouse Chili and added cheese for a pretty penny and neither one had cheese. I paid for that and the only way to fix it is to go in, well, if I wanted to or could go in, I would have ordered it that way.

this was worse Italian I have ever got..im a big fan of firehouse and always order italian..someone forgot the meat on the whole sub was nothing but lettuce tomato and onions..whole sandwich fell apart
