Every time I order it is delicious, hot, well prepared and consistent. The Isla taco is amazing, with a side of Elote. All the quesdadilas are great. One of the best green salsas and chipotle mayos - flavorful and tastes freshly made. Ghost kitchens are still a bit of a weird concept to me, and I was a bit skeptical before trying this place.
If whoever runs Elementos sees this, please tell your chefs/cooks that they are doing an incredible job and please don't change anything! :)

Cali Burrito was shockingly good. Also, this is not a ghost kitchen, which I wasn't sure of at first. It's a food truck I think, so way higher quality standard than a ghost kitchen aka virtual restaurant.
