The food is inconsistent, I ordered the same thing every time but most of the time the chicken is dry, shriveled and cap in they warmer until it is dried out. The next time you order the same mail, the chicken will be plump and fresh and delicious. The coleslaw is also inconsistent, one time you order it and it is one quantity of coleslaw in the cup and the next time you order it it is a small smaller quantity of coleslaw in the same size cup. The taste of the coleslaw is very consistent., so that is wonderful. Not being able to trust a consistent meal I am trying to decide whether to ever take a chance again.

I love Jack's. The Breakfast Deluxe and extra scrambled eggs were good. The grits tasted great; the biscuit was soft and buttery. The fried chicken was great. I always love my fried apple pie. Of course, I had to get my fountain drink.

I ordered two chicken sandwiches with the secret sauce and large fries my order was overcook.The food itself tasted very old like it was sitting there for a while. I couldn't even pull the chicken apart because it wasn't fresh and tender. very unhappy with how my food was made.
