Jerk chicken was OLD, DRY MEAT and tasted like cough syrup. The rice and peas tasted weird as well. Pounded yam with goat was terrible. The goat literally smelled like how it smells on a farm. It tasted like hay and manure + spices. We couldn't even eat these meals. The only thing that was edible was the jerk chicken wings and they weren't all that good either, but we were hungry. The plantains from the jerk chicken plate was the only thing that tasted normal. So basically we paid $67 ($47 w/o taxes and fees) for 6, very tiny, subpar wings and a few pieces of fried plantain because everything else was too unpleasant to eat. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED and would NOT recommend unless you're trying to waste your money.

First, I got the Pounded Yam Entree.
There was barely any food in the to-go container. Like, as soon as I had my first scoop with the yam BAM there was the bottom of the plate. There was no liquid in it either like im used to. (It wasnt even half way full)
Secondly, I was so grossed out by the shrimp exoskeleton that was hidden in my food. I found myself pulling it out my mouth. :/
(I have dietary restrictions and cant have sea food other than fish)
If it wasn't for these things it wouldve been 5 stars because the flavor was there. But with all of those problems the price is just not right. :/
(Keep in mind after taxes you're paying 20 something dollars)

The food is good but the portions are insulting for the prices. $16 of suya shouldn't fit in a small to go container.
