Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I ordered a $50 order. TheBo- Bites Bo Bites™ Combo(Bo-Bites) we're so burnt that that you could not eat them. The Southern Gravy Biscuit did not have a entire biscuit #1and #2 the presentation was was horrible it was all to it was all to one side. #3 It tasted horrible one bite and I trashed them, none of that really mattered.Pics attached. As prior food service manager, my question is how can you let this quality of food leave your store? Do you not realize how this makes the restaurant and you look as a manager? The Creamy Buffalo sauce was completely missing.

Unimpressed with their tea flavored sugar. Worst. Can see why they call it Legendary Iced Tea® Sweet Sure won't forget it. Not real fond of the gravy soaked scrambled egg with one of its edges sticking outside the box, gross. Southern Gravy Biscuit? Thick and old tasting gravy. Biscuits were OK. They put the order on its side in a paper bag and with no handles. Almost dropped it. To go ready = they are not. Please do better.

Missing a large sweet tea and 2 honey mustard sauces - all paid for and on ticket / order.
My previous order was missing honey mustard sauce and a biscuit in each meal.
This Bojangles has no ability to read tickets and fill ordered as requested.
Also the order is ice cold!!

This has got to be the worst Bojangles with the worst service. Food was subpar, Slow service. The biscuit sandwich looked like it was leftover from breakfast hours. Hash rounds looked to be cooked in old grease. Isn't there supposed to be sausage in the dirty rice? All rice and seasonings!!! Last visit from this Dash-customer!

Didn't get biscuits at all. Ordered and 8 piece and got 15 pieces of chicken and no sweet tea
