• 24-03-05I ordered a Signature Double Cheeseburger with Golden Fries and I was impressed with how it tasted. My burger was well done and most importantly, the cheese was melted. The fries were well seasoned, nice, and crispy. I enjoyed my experience ordering from here and will do so again in the future.

• 22-08-08Fries were limp, greasy, pale, and soggy.
Aioli was 1/3 full and so salty it was inedible.
Chocolate shake was thin, watery, and had bits of strawberry in it (?!?)--disgusting.
Double cheeseburger was a nice medium-med rare but dry and not juicy. Buns were firm and thick like they were stale (or maybe this is just their style? Either way--bad). The tomatoes (2-- the size of quarters) were so thin they looked shaved and appeared like they had been stepped on before they were stuck to the underside of the burger.
I was starving and looking forward to devouring this meal in record time. I have been craving a burger and shake for weeks now and was HYPED for this. I couldn't even FORCE myself to eat more than a few bites of this meal I paid $30+ for before I threw it in the trash and made something else for dinner.
This was SO bad I honestly question anyones judgment who says otherwise. Did this place go downhill or are everyone's standards in the toilet? Mind -boggling.

• 22-08-08Fries were limp, soggy, and cold (my order was ready super quickly and the dasher got it to me right away, so I fault the restaurant).
Aioli ($0.75) was filled less than 1/3 of the way, but it doesn't matter because it was so salty it was inedible (and as a salt FIEND and sauce lover, this was extra annoying).
Chocolate shake was as thin as water and had chunky bits in it.. upon inspection, they were strawberry chunks... just.. WHY?!? Ugh.
Burger? So basic and subpar I still can't get over it. I ordered it with tomatoes and they came as 2 half-dollar sized slices so thin they looked shaved and shriveled. Like they were stepped on before stuck to the underside of the patty.
I was starving and so excited to absolutely crush this meal in record time. But it turned out to be such a complete and utter failure that it has turned me off of ever ordering from here again.
I didn't finish a single thing, and I couldn't even eat more than a little of each. $30+ meal went straight into the trash. Lesson learned.

• 26-07-13What a huge disappointment. The Signature Double Cheeseburger was worse than a McDonald's Big Mac, or at least on par. Not worth the money.

• 21-07-29Favorite burgers in Chicago! I've tried so many burger spots but none have knocked this off my 1st place! Shakes and fries are bomb too!
