There are a lot of great Ethiopian restaurants in the Bay Area, but Addis is my fave! Everything is delicious, but in my opinion, the raw kitfo is the best I've ever had. So smoothly ground and flavorful, the texture is amazing. Don't eat it cooked, you'll miss while this dish is so special. The owner is a great guy also!

I've had a lot of Ethiopian food in my life, and Addis has the best! You can't go wrong with their vegetarian combo. The yemeser wot is my favorite--so richly spiced. The injera is made with lighter teff flour, and it is perfectly spongy and sour. I've been coming here for nearly 15 years and it's always delicious!

Sooo good! The doro wat arrived in separate containers from the salad and made it way to present nicely for guests. There were extra hard boiled eggs as well as plenty of injera

Addis used to be my favorite Ethiopian spot but we were SO disappointed tonight. Everything was watery with zero flavor, it was bizarre. No spices, no salt. And the veggie Vegetarian-Vegan Combination previously came with fassolia and doesnt anymore. Husband didnt like his Meat Combination either.

The injera rolls were an easy way to safely share food. As always, the veggie combo was fresh and flavorful. Constantly craving more of the delicious Ethiopian food at Addis!
