• 22-09-20This is first time I've taken the time to do a review but seriously this was SOOO good. Exceeded my expectations. Broth was full of flavor plenty of noodles and tender veggies and meat. Best meal I've had in Phoenix so far. Yummmy.

• 26-02-20Man, I have loved Asian food of any kind Chinese, Thai, Korean , Japanese I text you when it's here the rest DoorDash does the restaurant of the hotel but it's right ther don't sushi ...anything I've been able to sample. I love Ramen noodles. Hell I was even that guy that ate the poor boy college special in the day and lived with those packets, but I've never had a Ramen noodle from one of the Ramen places I was outstanding The great balls of fire. I had no idea what they were didn't even read, but that sounded good to me. Look good in the picture and I still don't know exactly what they are, but it appears that it is fried breaded and fried balls of macaroni and cheese with a Sriracha. The 1010 men was freaking great ! SoSoba hit the bull's-eye.

• 24-02-09The gluten free Udon was great, but the Bao Buns did not at all feel like a $16 entree - the overall amount of food was tiny, and of what was there, most of it was bread, sauce, and greens, with only a few small pieces of meat.

• 25-03-29The food is absolutely amazing. The mic drop is the best ramen ive EVER had. I didnt get the extra broth I ordered this time, but I cant mark down a star over something like that given how delicious the food is here. I ordered extra broth this time because of how good it was, but there wasnt enough - I got the same portion as the first time even though i ordered double.

• 23-07-21I got the Mic Drop! ramen. I just finished eating it about 30 seconds ago. It was one of the most flavorful ramens I've ever tasted. And I have tasted 20+ ramen restaurants from all over the place in AZ. The bacon was crispy. The shredded pork was tender and salty. The pork crackling was good but bit soggy, but that's normal for a crackling when you add broth. The fried ham stick was crispy on the outside yet juicy on the inside. The softboiled egg was perfectly cooked, and the broth was just the right amount of spices and seasonings. I will definitely be ordering from them again if they put out ramen like this consistently!
