• 24-12-14Jack's is always great! steaming hot Double Gravy ,Smoked Sausage Biscuit Bacon Biscuit and Fried Pies withFountain Drink is all hot and delicious. After several horrid experiences with other fast food in Helena,(aka M C D) I will just stick with Jack's!

• 23-01-02everything tastes great but the burger size is vastly misleading. Buy two because i swear theyre smaller than mcd's cheeseburgers. the strawberry shakes are fantastic and have actual bits of berry in them.

• 23-12-16Don't eat here!! The meat was raw!! Fries tasted like old grease!! Milkshake was like water and half empty!! Jacks used to be a good place to eat but not anymore!! Even the dasher commented on how it was packed!! The bag fell apart from the grease!! Wasted 20 bucks!! We will never eat here again!! Trashed 20 worth of food!!

• 22-06-10Big Jack combo was not good. Charged me for cheese and didn't put it on the burger. Fries were not cooked long enough and they didn't have any seasoning salt on them. The chicken fingers were tiny. very disappointed. I always rave about how good Jacks is...but not today.

• Il y a 5 joursusually this Jacks is pretty darn good, but this time they fumbled hard. the Pancake Plate. didnt include any butter or syrup, the bacon was paper thin and weakly flavored, and with the Biscuit and Gravy, they seem to have forgotten the seasoning. the nail in the coffin was the sprite needed the syrup changed, it was almost nothing but co2 water.
