This was one of the best meals I've ever ordered from Applebees! Food was fresh and wonderfully packaged!

To-go employee has a bad attitude. Waited 15 minutes past the longest estimated ready time inside the restaurant and when I got my food I was missing an entire entrée. I noticed it immediately and before I could say anything the employee had already went to the kitchen. Waited another 5 minutes to ask about my missing food and was met with attitude. Finally brought out my missing food and didn't even have the decency to apologize and was trying to leave so fast they almost dropped my food. Three Cheese Chicken Penne had burnt chicken and hardly any sauce and the Applebee's® Riblets Platter had sauce covering the whole bottom of the outside of the tray. My side of fries had 11 mushed fries in the to-go cup. Pretzels were okay. Every time I think it will be better here and it just always disappoints. $50 down the drain.

Honey pepper chicken came with no sauce and barely enough pasta to cover the bottom of the bowl. Not worth the money to order

Packing of bag: Containers crammed in with many turned sideways or upside down. Salads should not be in same bag as hot items.
Salads: rather wilted lettuce. One salad should have had the Asain dressing...had ranch.
The 6oz sirloin should have been medium, but it was rare...cold red center. The 8oz should have been well-done but, it was medium.
What should have been a single serving of waffle fries was 3 or 4. They were greasy.
The onion rings were okay, but serving size too small.
The broccoli was very tasty.

the ice cream was microscopic in serving size and the Brownie Bites were so hard they were potentially a danger to my teeth. the hamburger was very bland and not sure if it was completely cooked as it seemed pinkish in color.
