Food was awesome as it always is however I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and when I got home with my order the burger only had one patty. If the order wasn't messed up it would've been a 5 star.

Fries were cold. Cheeseburger had wrong condiments and was gross. Patty melt appeared to have been sat on. Didn't receive Coke or Milkshake. Would order again? No. You could get about the same from Burger King for a lot less $

Order was 15 minutes past the suggested time, burgers were very overcooked, and fries were no where near the typical serving size. Not sure whats up, but it was a really bad experience. Seems like we're paying more and getting less.

The hamburgers and fries were soggy. They were too greasy and buns were wet. Definitely not what we were expecting!

The order was fine except the main thing, Small Cheeseburger. It was really greasy , and just not edible. I ended up throwing away most of it. I believe some of that would be related to how much distance between the restaurant and my home.
