Exceptional! The burrito bowl was exactly as I ordered, even with all the specifications I added! The bowl was packed full with yummy goodness, crisp corn salsa and tender steak bites that tasted so good! I will definitely be ordering from them again and wholeheartedly recommend you do the same! I ordered 3 tacos with cheese, steak, rice and queso. They were packaged as one huge taco that was mashed together. When you tried to eat it, everything fell apart. There was very little steak and it was hard to eat when the toppings were loose in the foil.

I'll be completely honest, I was craving this, However when I got it the rice was hard, the steak was fatty, the beans were too runny, and there was way too much cheese for a normal serving. They went down hill and I will not be spending my money here again anytime soon.

yes the food is tasty. but there is absolutely no reason I should be paying double digits for a burrito and not getting a single piece of meat until I'm halfway through eating it. currently over halfway done and have only had 2 pieces of meat so far. there's basically none in here. unacceptable.

I don't know, I'm used to getting great food from them especially in person. This is maybe the third time I've ordered and I just feel like something's changed. The chicken is usually overcooked these days to a point where it tastes burnt. The rice seems drier than normal and no matter how many times I request silverware I never get any (and I know from first hand experience they drill this into employees to always include napkins and silverware)
