I paid five dollars for extra chicken and I barely got any chicken. The chicken was good. The rice was like hard and old. I don't know if it would because there was so much snow that they didn't have a lot of business. We had the old but extremely disappointed with this chipotle order and I want a refund.

The bowl was cold the steak was burnt and mushy. And there wasn't much of the food, rice, beans, corn etc

Quality is poor and delivery was messy. This location used to be so good, but appears the employees don't care anymore.

The meal was ok, however I've noticed that there seems to be less steak in the bowl then previously when I have purchased from chipotle. What happen ? Are we cutting back ? I'm getting somewhat ok with paying more for food now since the prices have gone up. But don't short change the customer on taste ,quality, and "quantity" if that's what's going on to help save even more money for the franchise. Also lettuce must be cheap because they give you a lot of that.

My first time ordering the barbacoa Quesadilla and it was excellent. The beef was tender and plentiful. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste.
