The chips were STALE and cold. The bag was open and therewas only asmall amount ofchips in the bag. The caso was cold thick.

At other locations the carne asada is amazing but every time I get it here it's like jerky. Super dry and overcooked with no flavor. I also paid for extra and barely got any of it.

I tried to go for a healthier order, the Salad. Granted, I gave in to a side order of the Chips & Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa. The Salad was ordered with Sofritas, which has some moisture. It wasn't like your average Salad, it was better.
The Chips & Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa "hit the spot."

The bowl had no tomatoes just tomato peelings, and there was another peeling in there that was green. She was not happy at all.
And we can't figure out what I'm ordering that is making the dishes spicy. We really don't like it hot and we've been getting it hot so I am trying to figure out what I'm ordering that's making it hot.

I received a Burrito Bowl FULL of brown rice and 4 pieces of chicken. GRANTED: This was the first time this has ever happened however, I was truly disappointed with this particular delivery.
