I have my favorites from this spot but this last time I decided to try the BBQ chicken. It has that fresh off the grill flavor reminiscent of my childhood and my father's insistence to not cook indoors during the summer. This is my new go to. I keep it low carb by pairing it with the green beans. Usually two of eat one order with some leftovers. Highly recommend

To be honest, if you're going to eat Thai food in Kitsap County, this is the place to do it. Their Garlic Chicken is a very generous, super flavorful dish. The Crab Fried Rice is amazing, with nice chunks of real crab, and the Pad Lao cannot be matched anywhere I've been!
I wish there were 5 more stars to rate this place! Eat in, take out...no surprises, no disappointments.

We are new in town and were excited to see Kachai delivered food. I had heard Kachai was good, but hadn't made it in yet. We were very, very impressed with the taste and quality of the food!! My husband, who doesn't love Thai food, said how impressed he was multiple times. The food was clearly very fresh--ingredients and you could tell had just been made fresh as well. The grilled Boar Collar was fantastic--so tasy and very tender. The Pad Thai hit it out of the park! Absolutely will be ordering take out and dining in here again and again! Our only gripe was that there were no spring rolls listed on the Door Dash menu--though later I did see it on their website---not sure why that is. Anyway, well done Kachai! Cannot wait to try more of your dishes. You have made some new fans!

The Thai Fried Rice with Chicken is great. The veggies are fresh, and the flavor is great. The rest was disappointing this time around. There is something wrong with the Chicken Lettuce Wrap sauce. Normally, it's thick and just a little sweet. This time, the sauce is thin, grainy, and bitter. It is hard to tell by looking at it, but when I poured the sauce out, I could see from what was left on the spoon that it is all gritty. The side order of Sticky Rice description says it comes with mango and coconut cream. It does not. It is just the rice wrapped in plastic.

The garlic chicken was so good. Crispy and so flavorful. The chicken fried rice was very bland but the veggies were tender crisp and the rice had a great texture. The dressing on the salad packed a ton of flavor. The 2 drinks were missing from my order. I will def go for the garlic chicken again. New fave.
