My food was cold but as someone who has worked in food I know that's typically at fault of the dasher. I upgraded to a large Chick-fil-A® Nuggets Meal and my fries were half empty. :( I was also missing napkins and my drink was mostly ice. My nuggets were exceptional even though they were no longer hot.

ordered a sausage BISCUIT and received whatever this is. looks and taste like buns that have been over-fried but definitely not a biscuit.

I order from here often and usually no issues. However, today they forgot my fries, did not give me any napkins, and my nuggets were not at their normal quality. Like I said usually no problems at all, but today I am disappointed. DD did provide me a credit for my missing item.

The food was all excellent and driver had it here right on time. Very pleased. Only gave 4 stars because Chik Fil A left out one set of nuggets in my order. It's not the norm for them to leave out but just happened to be the case this time. The food that arrived though was great.
