• 24-06-04Firehouse subs are superior to every other version of this type of sandwich that I've personally experienced. I'm not claiming to be some kind of expert, but given the limited range of sub joints in my general area Firehouse is better. I don't mean by a little bit, I mean they are WAY better.
It's the texture. The balance of sauce and solid ingredients as well as the bread softness. It made me realize that every other sub I've eaten has usually been a dry laborious process of choking down a thick slab of tough bread with stuff inside. Sure it can still be good flavor-wise but the bread is usually overpowering. Not so with these. Juicy without being soggy.
How brand S manages to keep the doors open is beyond me. Maybe brand C is a more worthy opponent but like I said I'm not a well versed foodie or anything. Brand F gets an A+ from me.

• 26-05-24This is the first time I ordered, I liked the Spicy Cajun Chicken it has a balance of flavors, really good portions , and the veggies are crunchy and fresh. Smells delicious and it tasted too.

• 22-07-29I usually love firehouse subs but this time the bread was super dry and it seemed old. There were barely any ingredients on there, I only had 1 onion and a pathetic amount of lettuce. My experience was less than par and I'm disappointed by it.

• 24-10-20Firehouse Subs are the absolute best. My friend had the Engineer and said it was the best sandwich she has ever had. The Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub is great! The Garlic Bread is also wonderful. Firehouse Subs will definitely be our new favorite place to order!!

• 24-06-24My 1st time ordering a Salad-Firehouse Salad™, Plain . I added tuna salad and bacon, and it was fantastic. I do wish they put more tomatoes and other veggies in their salads, which is not an option. The Garlic Bread was buttery and delicious.
