Coconut Thai is easily the best restaurant in Statesboro for both Thai and Asian-fusion style food. All of the ingredients are fresh, and the seasoning of the various dishes that I've had there were perfect and most flavorful. Great sushi, too! I've visited Thailand and this is easily the most authentic Thai food that I've eaten here in the US. I highly recommend.

The Thai tea was good. It always is. The pad Thai tho was so plain. No beans sprouts, and like 5 pcs of small chicken bites. I thought pad Thai was supposed to have more veggies, this was basically noodle and sauce, and a pinch of cabbage. Literally a few strands. I've ordered a couple times and this was the most lacking pad Thai I've had. No more. It's too expensive for just sauce and noodles.

I love everything I've ordered from coconut thai, but this bowl? Not good. Especially for the price. $23 for a bowl of rice and 6 small crispy bits of beef? Looked nothing like the photo- The beef was good but everything else was just plain. 80% was rice with a spoonful of corn and some slices of cucumber. And the sauce to drizzle wasn't good either. Came straight from a bottle. Overall just wasn't good. I won't be ordering this particular item ever again. :(

One of my favorite places in the boro. Their curry is my go to when I want to celebrate, when I need a good comfort meal - it's basically an anytime go too. Quality food every time. Bonus points that their staff is super friendly and remembers you by name and know your favorite order.
