When they package the tuna sandwich that I get in it to go box it stays fresh and crispy and delicious and I've left that feedback before but apparently they don't care because the next time I order it comes just wrapped in paper and I can only eat about half of it becausethe middle of it gets incredibly soggy

Thank you for adding vanilla nut flavor for coffe choices. Love your Medium Coffee. A little disappointed you forgot the half and half though. I love your fresh Hot Turkey Bagel Sandwich and was surprised that there was a very small piece of lettuce and tomato. New employee or cutting back on condiments?

Small Cream Cheese cream cheese was whipped but that wasn't mentioned anywhere. I do not like whipped cream cheese
Classic Bagel & Cream Cheese they put the limp remains of a strawberry in the bagel that I had to pick out.

Can you add to your menu selection flavored coffee and request for cream? In the meantime I am glad when I call your team they are accomodating! I love your vanilla coffee! Your bagels of course are always amazing!
