Customer service was rude, but I can look past that. The Chipotle Bowl I got had like 2 tbsp of shrimp, a bunch of lettuce, and the rice was undercooked. As I digged further through the mess, I found a clump of shredded cheese just chilling in the corner of the box. I guess they expected it to not melt so I can sprinkle it myself?

The food, like always, was very good.  Unfortunately, they forgot to include my salad dressing.  But the salmon with the Mexican Rice and black beans was perfect.  The method that they prepare the salmon is fantastic.  My soup and salad was great, they read my requests to omit the croutons and cheese, and their enchilada salad was delicious like always. My only wish is that the tortilla strips could be put on the side so that they would stay crunchy.Soup & House Salad

I received hot wings when I asked for bbq and for the mini burgers they gave me one instead of two and cut it up. I’ve ordered this before and I know it doesn’t come that way so for charging someone $20 don’t make it cheap please that’s embarrassing for you.

The ribeye looked boiled. It tasted like it was boiled too. The salad dressing tasted old. Super disappointing. I spent over $36 for an inedible meal.
