had to call to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Lady who answered the phone was very very nice. also had a note on my food to have a good day. way to go Hardees keep up the good work. and food was nice and fresh and hot.

The Big ham and cheese was sub par ... the Chicken Quesadilla was definitely NOT what it should have been. It seemed like they put the chicken and cheese in the tortilla and microwaved it instead of grilling it. No crisping on tortilla to indicate it was grilled! Very disappointed. Last time for Hardee's! Went down hill big time! Will not order again!

I enjoy hardee's, but they mess up your order a bit more then other restraunts so you must inspect. I didn't get my Onion rings again, instead i got french fries, but everything else was fine. my main concern is Onion rings cost more.
