Centereach Deli comes out with another classic Hungry Man Hero spin-off. Comes with every meat your heart desires, a hand selected & sliced gourmet cheese of choice, and eggs YOUR way. Highly recommend, 5 stars hands down.

Godfather hero was not worth what is charged. It's a $9.99 maximum sandwich the way they make it with how much cold cuts are on it and another deli using Lakewood or modern bakery heroes instead of real bakery Italian heroes with some crunch. Positives- quality cold cuts, ripe tomatoes, green leaf lettuce. Lombardis market still better Italian hero even though everything else they sell is terribly overpriced. Nothing beats my hero in merrick still. The search for the best sandwich continues and no it's not chubs since they use off brand cold cuts and slice the meat like bricks. This place gets a real Italian hero bread or semolina hero bread and adds .33 lb more meat then they can charge $12.99 max, throw in 1/4 lb Mac or pot and you'll thank me later for increasing your revenue 20-30%

This BEC toasted is amazing. I live about 15/20 away from the deli and it's still decently hot. Bacon is perfect, cheese is melted like a champ, perfect amount of toasted roll. Think I found my new go to spot!
