Ordered from here for the first time. The nachos were amazing! Perfect balance of flavor and textures! Portion size was more than expected. Happy belly for sure. Everything was fresh made. Will definitely be ordering again!

My past reviews haven't always been favorable about take-out from Taco Mama. Let me be clear, it's one of my favorite places to eat in Hot Springs, but the takeout often lacks the sustenance that is offered when you dine in.
Today though, today they blew it out of the park! My salad bowl (which I literally take-out once a week) was HUGE and I couldn't even finish it. The cheese dip was on point. I still wish when I order cheese dip they'd give me an individual complimentary salsa, but then I guess I'd be spoiled.

I ordered the enchiladas with vegetarian filling. The phot of the meal on the menu showed black beans and rice, which is vegetarian, but my meal came with refried beans, which are not vegetarian. The ordering process gave no option to change the sides so black beans should have been there by default. Not only that, the refried beans were watery and spilled into the rice compartment. I was unable to eat half of a $15 meal. Very disappointed.

The Flan was not the right texture. It was hard almost, not creamy at all and the sugar was solidified. The Sweet Potato Waffle Fries and kids Quesadilla were okay. I wanted to love the Potato Wrapped Jalapeños but they were insanely hot like they didn't bother to take a single seed out before adding cream cheese.. Literally couldn't eat more than one bite of the first one.
