I ordered two drinks and one of them was placed upside down in the package. I dropped the package a bit too hard on the table and the cup of the drink that was upside down split. The drink that was upright was fine, leading me to believe that it was the orientation of the drink that caused it to split.

They ran out of lemons and wrote a nice note to go along with that. As compensation they gave me 4 straws for 2 drinks. Would order again.

Thai Pearl Milk Tea has no Thai special fragrant flavour. Would not recommend.
