The salted caramel tasted like a salt lick. Incredibly salty. The cookies and crème tasted odd. The other four flavors were pretty good. I feel that the filling was more airy than I expected, not as dense as I normally expect cheesecake to be. But the flavor was still good.

The lemon raspberry swirl tart was particularly good. This is going to sound stupid, but the ones called "tarts" really are tart-sized. They're about 2 or 2.5" in diameter. I mention that only because they appear in a category labeled "Individual Cheesecakes." So, in other words, one of these might not be enough to satisfy some folks.
