Although it's expensive and the portions of pork have gone down noticeably since they first opened, it's undeni that the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen is delicious. I also like the takoyaki and the Shrimp Tempura Cut Roll was simple but better than expected.

Everything here is always fresh and quite tasty. The cut rolls are a good size and served with ginger. The chicken teriyaki bowl is always quite generous. We tried their seasonal ramenetti, and it tasted good, but wasn't a hit. The noodles were incredibly dry, all stuck together, and in desperate need of some sauce or broth. The egg yolk was hard, which had it been soft would have helped greatly. We're glad we tried it, but it's probably a pass next time. Still one of our go-to's for ramen, pork buns, etc.

Tonkotsu Ramen tasted okay. The broth had very heavy on the mushroom flavor, so that took away any of the tonkatsu broth. Thin noodles were not that great. I would have preferred thick noodles. Definitely not Hiro Nori, so ignore any reviews that state is similar. The pork belly was nice and fatty, but they only give you one piece. I would not likely order again because it was quite expensive for how mediocre the ramen tasted.

My two complains are: 1. Their ramen add-ons are way too expensive and 2. They dont provide chopsticks. Other than that, I love the food. The Miso Ramen and Spicy Tuna Cut Roll are my normal go-to's, but everything else ive tried is also great.

So I rarely find good Ramen places, but my goodness the creamy broth of the Tonkotsu Ramen was amazing. The seared meat of the pork left such an amazing flavor. This place can compete.
