I love their Anbagelsa and strawberry cream cheese... I just wish for delivery they had plastic ziplock bags for them so they dont get hard...and I also loved the sausage and egg and cheese bagel

For the price I wouldn't order again, there was barely any lox. I feel like the bagel consisted of veggies and one piece of lox which was not what I was used to from western bagel. Portions used to be so large I only needed to eat one half to feel satiated.

The bagel is cold usually it's warm right after it gets here. The onion is burnt and there’s very little cream cheese this time. I ordered this regularly and this is the first time they disappointed me.

Are you running out of cream cheese? There is not enough cream cheese on my bagel just enough to glue it. For the price of almost $7 get a bagel with a little cream cheese.

The bottom bagel was hard. It is old. Receiving an old bagel via delivery is hard because the customer cannot complain face-to-face. And if it keeps happening and you complain every time it happens they don't help you as much.
