Outstanding Customer Service. I called the restaurant because wanted to have Chicken Sausage inside my Southwest Avocado Omelet and even though the order was already she Obliged, and it is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS A++++

the gravy was cold and didn't even have enough to cover one bisquit.
the hashbrowns were under cooked and I only had about 4 bites before it was gone.
Definitely not worth the $30 I paid

The omlet was greasy. the vegetables in the omlet were not cooked and oily. The fruit was 10 grapes and 3 slices of canalope 2mm thick on the rhine so canalope shavings. The Pot roast hash was inedible and smelled off. the only thing we ate was the French toast which when reheated was fine.

The "family size sides - feeds 6" are maaaaybe enough for 3 people. Potatoes were cooked in old oil had strange off putting taste. Family Size Seasonal Fresh Fruit was some sliced apple and a bunch of blue berries. Family Size Buttered Corn was plain unseasoned no butter no taste.

The sausage is extremely salty. It is inedible. The biscuits are hard. Both feel and taste like they are from yesterday. I was a cook, and the food I prepared for Bob Evans did not look or taste like this. The other food wasn't that great either. I spent $50 for food that wasn't good quality and horrible tasting. I've gotten food from them before, and nothing was like this.
