They gave me a small size shake instead of the normal size. Sandwich barely fried and really greezy. Low count on fries. Order took fforever because of a "shift change" but the customer wasn't a priority. First time trying this location, I've never had so many problems with a Chickfila

Great flavor for what we received. However, the portion size was terrible, half of my french fries were missing out of my box. I ordered a large on purpose, and only half of the box was full. They were fresh, but the sandwich was very soggy. We would definitely order again just because it's easy and we love Chick-fil-A. But I was very upset that they forgot the extra macaroni and cheese. And of course because it's DoorDash, there's nothing that they could do about it. So my youngest son did not have a macaroni and cheese for his dinner.

I'm usually very satisfied with meals from here but today not too happy. Waffle fries were very salty my daughter couldn't eat them. Kale crunch salad was a disappointment, the vinaigrette was too much, the salad was practically swimming, it was overbearing the taste of the salad so much so it was bitter had to toss it. Chicken strips and nuggets were good as usual

One of my favorite places when I'm in the mood for fast food, but am very disappointed with my meal today. the chicken in my deluxe sandwich was not done properly, not crispy and you even smell it wasn't done. Am sorry your food is usually good but not today. On the flip side my daughter's meal was all good

The large fries we paid for were half full, with sauces shoved in the container. Really annoying
