This is the second time we have placed an order which included a Prime Rib Sandwich where we did not receive the au jus dip for it.
In future I will make a point to remind the restaurant as this is not acceptable.
My husband is going to go and pick some up.
On a positive side the food is always good and price as well.

While I love the Prime Rib French Dip once again it was missing the au jus on delivery. They seem to have a kitchen staff issue when filling in this item on the order.
I will no longer be ordering this.

I have loved this establishment since I was a kid. I am now 62. The steak sandwich is the best. If you've never eaten at The Emerson Hotel I recommend it highly.

The Crock of French Onion Soup is so good. Best around. The Prime Rib French Dip and Fresh Lean Hand Sliced Philly Cheese Steak never disappoint.

I ordered a slicedsteak platter withmushrooms and onions the steak was excellent However, idid not specify to put the mushrooms and inionson the side. The dish was swimming in oil. I will make sure to specify next time I
