I ordered a Supreme Burger with olives. The burger was overcooked and very dry.the amount of olives was a joke (considering you pay extra for them).It tasted like it sat around. There was hardly any ketchup or mustard or mayo.
I was very disappointed.
The Medium Fries was not just cold they were freezing

I ordered 2 large Teas online and was charged for both. However, on Halo Burgers in store receipt it says only 1 large drink. Not sure if it's on Halo Burgers end or Door Dashes end, but this isn't the first time it has happened.

I said allergic to mushrooms on my order, then called to make sure it said that. The manager was very friendly and advised that they could not guarantee that there would not be cross contamination. It was very appreciated. And as always the food was fantastic!
