been going to Ruby Snap since I was a kid. love this place, & I will forever. the care that they put into their cookies is just *chefs kiss*. absolutely worth the money. all ingredients are local/ethically sourced. I will take this over crumble (or any cookie place for that matter) any day (:

I ordered the Six Box with the following cookies: Amy, Louise, Penelope, Trudy, Vivianna and Elle. The Amy is triple chocolate. This was hands down my favorite, it was soft, full of chocolate flavor and I loved it. The Louise is a great deal- there are two oatmeal cookies sandwiched with a delightful vanilla buttercream. It is not overly sweet. And you get two cookies !! The Penelope is peanut butter. This one was only okay, it was dry and needed an icing to bring the moisture content up. Flavor was good. I don't think I would order that one again. Trudy is chocolate chip. The texture on this one is delicious. It is chewy and soft with a crunchy exterior. There is a warming spice in the cookie that is so comfy, I loved this one. Vivianna is chocolate with mango. I wish the mango were chopped smaller, the pieces were slightly too big to be evenly dispersed. Tasty flavor though, tropical fruit + dark chocolate is a delightful combination. Lastly, the Elle. This cookie is a primadonna. Frangipane is a cream filling made of almond flour and sugar (among other things), this made the cookie chewy and not sweet. It was very very good though I don't know if I would reorder it regularly. The fresh raspberry on top was a nice touch. All in all, I was very pleased with my cookies and would strongly recommend giving RubySnap a try. They were soft, fresh and were very definitely baked today. Worth the price !! Thank you RubySnap!! p.s. I remember when they first opened, they were called MyDoughGirl but Pillsbury steamrolled that name , forcing a rebrand to RubySnap. I'm glad they stuck around and are established now. Booooo to corporations

Ruby cookies are-always fantastic!! But I love how they wrapped the box up so there's no way anyone can tamper with it while being delivered. It's extra details like this that always makes me a happy returning customer! By the way, get the JUDY cookie you will thank me later.

the cookies are so fresh!!! they came packaged with care. it was wrapped so no one could open the box unless you tore the plastic off. upon opening the box it smelled sooo good. 10/10 recommended delivery if you can't make it out to their shop. they also do it via their website. which I found out on their sticker packaging.

Always perfect! I loved that they came shrink wrapped. It felt extra safe! The cookies were all spectacular, I'll always recommend the Audrey.
