The food was good, but it would be nice if the grits and gravy were each in small lidded bowls to prevent them from spilling onto other items. Also, no syrup for pancakes or drink straw included with my order.

I got the combo. paid almost $11 and the size of this burger is absolutely ridiculous. The large fry wasn't much better.

The burgers are not like they used to be. They taste plain. No seasoning at all. Burgers used to be bigger and the fries had salt on them. For the price customers pay, the food should be worth it.

Didn't get honey mustard,fries were cooked in old grease,tea had maube 2 cubes ice when I asked for EXTRA! chicken fingers looked more like pigeon toes. Tiny! A lot of money for a bad meal!

I am a big fan of jacks but today I am very disappointed in the salad that I got for one thing it's shredded lettuce and it's supposed to be a specialty BLT salad and this is the saddest worst salad I've ever seen once again very disappointedSalad - BLT and they usually put crackers in there no crackers it was just a let down because Jackson's better than that. but the chicken fingers in the french fries were awesomeChicken Fingers Combo 4pc
