I frequently overnight in Winchester on my travels and have eaten at quite a few local restaurants. Cafe del Sol is always a winner! Starting off a meal with their crisp GARDEN SALAD, with it's ample portion, is consistently refreshing. The KID SPAGHETTI is delicious! May I suggest you add an adult entree of this? The Tiramisu Shooter and the Strawberry Tres Leches Shooter were so tasty and a great way to finish the meal. I will continue to patronize each time in my frequent travels through beautiful Winchester!

Food was fantastic! Tasted fresh and hot like it just came out as if I was at the restaurant. Sweet potato fries were the perfect crispiness so they weren't soggy when they arrived . The PESTO PANINI how huge and delicious! Definitely will be ordering again!

love love love the prime rib panini so much i get one almost every week and it's sooooo good every time. I usually get the fries with the truffle oil on them and with ketchup its so delicious. sometimes they even put a little travel container of ketchup with my takeout order. this time was a little strange because they sent a side of ceasar dressing 😅. I've had their ceasar salad and the wrap and while both are yummy it wasn't the dipping sauce I expected but it gave me a laugh. I hope no one went with out dressing by accident.

Keep in mind that this is a $15 salad.
1) chicken is in huge hunks and is dry the way any white meat tends to be.
2) the apples were not fresh and were mushy, also sliced in wedges.
3) both the walnuts and chicken have a spice on them that makes me think they're used for another dish.
4) there is no option to choose your protein on the salads. I would've gladly paid the upcharge for a different protein.
Ive eaten here before and have been pleased, but this was a big miss. As it was, I cut myself an apple from my fridge and slathered more dressing on the chicken to be able to get it down. It's not a fork friendly salad

Absolutely incredible. Everything from this restaurant is amazing. Very generous portions and fresh ingredients. Hands down best restaurant in Winchester
