• 23-06-23employee wrapped the sandwich so tight in the wrapper, it smooshed the sandwich into a pancake. Tasted bland, thought I was eating a crescent sandwich from BK, should have went there and spent less money for the same sandwich.

• 23-07-31I must say I expected more from Panera! The Chicken Melt truly lacked Chicken. Very few scattered pieces. Nothing like the picture. It should be called the cheese melt. Very disappointing!
