This is the second time we've had iHop in the last 6 months and I gotta say this place slaps. We saw iHop as like "the gross chain that is last resort" but it honestly blows so many other of the "best" places around here out of the water. Best burger we've had in forever and the Buttermilk Crispy Chicken was  hands down the best chicken we've tried since living in Point.

The Belgian Waffle was actually pretty good, it was filling and had a nice flavor, but the Fresh Berry Crepes were nothing like you would expect, the strawberries were sour and not sweet in the slightest, and the actual crepes themselves had a very strange and indescribable flavor, I would not recommend the crepes, but I would recommend the Belgian Waffle.

We like ordering from I hop bc it's usually a lot better than this, however when we got our food the avacado was dark in color and tasted bad, the eggs were broken when it came which kinda sucks since my toast was soaked when I got it but that's probably from the driver. Here's the pic of my avacado toast.

I give 5 stars because the food is always fresh and delicious.
However, don't get the mac and cheese. it's just powdered cheese. I could make this at home. I expected something spectacular like chick fil as baked mac and cheese

The omelet and hashed browns were very good.  

But I was disappointed that the toast was dry (unbuttered) despite me NOT marking the No Butter option, nor was any jelly provided.  I don't expect much from delivery toast, but without butter or jam, it was inedible.
