This was my first time ordering the veggie melt sandwich and it was terrible. The mushrooms in it were completely raw and some pieces still had dirt on them as if they placed them in the sandwich straight from the pack. Also it was barely toasted the cheese was not even melted completely. I like their other sandwiches but this one was just terrible l.

I had to order Potbelly's since I had an unexpected layover at O'Hare. I miss this place now that I no longer live in the area and there are no Potbelly's anywhere near me. Sandwich was good as always!

This is the 3rd time that my order was incorrect from them. The Mediterranean was missing half of the key ingredients the lettuce in the Farmhouse Salad was old, turning, and wilted, and they forgot my OREO® Cookie Shake, even after my dasher asked about it- they said everything was in the bag.

The wreck danwhochs were all plain had nothing on them at all completely dry no olive oil mayo or lettuce even though it was supposed to have everything.

I worked at potbelly in 2004-2005 in Virginia, and it was just as amazing as back then. I forgot to ask for extra mustard.
My only complaint is I ordered soup and they didn't give me a spoon!
