The burrito bowl is usually always delicious. However, the meat is never cut up. It's just one huge chunk. Also, ordered a large queso and chips and only received a regular size bag of chips. You can throw a "large" sticker on that bag all day long, doesn't mean it is.

Naturally, I always read reviews... especially on behalf of Dashed Chipotle.... and having the most recent review address how cold the food AND MEAT were and then my entire order be the most disgusting and disrespectful thing I have ever ordered is INSANE. I only ordered hoping that the rating would be a different story, but no. This chipotle deserves less than zero stars. My burrito was actually freezing. Not just cold, but like it was chilled in the freezer and then given to the driver and delivered to me. The tacos' MEAT WAS NOT EVEN CUT UP?????? It was ONE HUGE CHUNK in each taco 1) taking up the entire taco so toppings could hardly be added and 2) so the toppings that were added weren't even IN the shell, just slammed on top, creating a disgusting mess upon trying to open the foil. What is even more fun is how all three taco shells had been split right down the middle :) The side of queso that is like $5 was put into the smallest side container and was not the actual serving size ORDERED. I am FURIOUS. Me and my children waited almost an hour for arrival and to have to throw our entire $60 worth of food into the trash and have our time wasted while visiting Pigeon Forge is just... I hope this chipotle and every other chipotle that has ONLY gone down hill gets it together or CLOSES. Never, ever ordering Chipotle again. In person OR ON DOORDASH.

They superstuff their burritos and they taste good, but they also break and explode everywhere. Guacamole was solid, cheese dip was solid, chips were cooked well and tasted good, the salsa was brutal. It was super spicy and didn't really have a taste other than that. Overall 6/10 experience

I got chicken hardshell Three Tacos entree and about had to fight off a wild patient support animal, but all is safe and well. Perfect amount of everything on these tacos and fun fact these heat up in the microwave the next day SOOOO good. The shell does no get mushy and gross, it gets tender and chewy. Love it, thanks for feeding me!

This was amazing! Bowls were very filling and worth the price! Chips & Queso Blanco were great as well! Great food for a good price! Ate it to fast to take pics!
