• 25-04-24The XL Pita was pretty good it's on the expensive side but for the amount of food you get is decent, the brisket is pretty impressive for any chain, has a slight chew but is overall pretty tender and on par with what youd expect from brisket, bark is minimal but it is exists and honestly could use more bark on the meat. low and slow with spices is the name of the game. honestly you really want to impress people do that, now the Buffalo Bites were a complete abomination, minimal to no sauce and the breading is just breading looks like they're thrown in a pan thats too hot for a second or two , no sauce, also didnt get the dip or the extra spice packet or whatever I asked for, for how bad the buffalo bites were I have to give two stars. buffalo bites are so easy especially coming from any kitchen or sorry, professional kitchen. these are an abomination to buffalo wings. you make other buffalo wings sad with these.
