Burger and fries: medium rare, burger grilled perfectly and lightly seasoned. Fries: medium well... crispy/salty outer crust with soft center. One of the best burgers I ever had. Price was good considering you're in Carmel.

I've ordered from this place before, and it was good. First, the pork chop is consistently good. It has great flavor and is juicy.
Now, I ordered the potato skins. They were so thin that it looked like they topped potato chips with cheese. The skins were over fried that I could not bite threw half of them. The cheese was over-kill. There was more cheese than potato. The pork belly was good, but there was literally only three small cubes for the entire order. The chipotle sour cream was as runny as water, no exaggeration.
Now the wedge salad. I ordered No croutons and no bacon add red onions. Considering I held the bacon they could have actually gave at least a teaspoon of onions. Like the pork belly on the potato skins, there was literally enough onions for one or two bites.
Overall, my husband enjoyed his pork chop. I ate leftovers.

On my order of Atlantic Salmon I said I'm allergic red peppers and asked they not send the red pepper potato cakes. I also asked for a replacement they always have, didn't get it either.
The Fire-Roasted Castroville Artichoke wasnt roasted, it was burned beyond being edible. My kitchen smells like there's been a fire!

Thank you to Rio Grill! I stated I didn't get the sides last time and they really fixed it today. I contacted Doordash support to get the previous comment removed -- they said they would notify the dasher and now I want to let them know how satisfied I am with their order. Great restaurant! Both items are great!

Wilted romaine heart lettuce and was only a half of an order. Cannelloni was average.
