Best Chai around! I go here almost daily for the chai latte with almond milk - tastes great hot, as well as iced. The bahn mi is fantastic too!

The grilled chicken bahn mi is always delicious! Fresh toasted baguette and always fresh crunchy veggies, along with tons of chicken and the owner's delicious secret mayo sauce! Can't get enough of it!!

I would not recommend. Says wallet friendly but the quality of the coffee was not great and the sandwich was a big disappointment. The chicken was not real quality chicken. It was like frozen chewy fatty pieces that were defrosted and sparsely placed in. I will stick to crave as their prices are better, taste is A1, and can't beat their bagel and croissants!

I did not enjoy the Vietnamese Coffee here, it was my first time getting it at this cafe and it was way too strong with almost a sour taste. If you drink Vietnamese coffees often like I do, I would not recommend getting it here. The BTLAS was okay, didn't have very much bacon.

Food was very tasty. I tried the chicken sandwich with the French baguette. Coffee was amazing. Very clean place and nice. Employees service was amazing. Will definitely try out and be back for that sandwich again thank you.
