some skin/ bones left in the box were inedible. chicken tasted like chicken, not to dry but not the juiciest either. pico de Gallo was nasty had to much tomato juice not enough cilantro, and not enough white onions, and the tomatoes tasted bad. Mac n cheese was cheesy, creamy goodness

Second time ordering during my work shift and love the portions. The only thing I would like to change is the pico de gallo. If it was actually fresh Id love it, unfortunately it tasted old both times..

This is the WORST El Pollo loco ive ever been to!! They never get my order right, most of the menu items - except pieces of chicken- are old and cold when you get it - it tastes like its been sitting for hours, they load it up with gross beans and rice so they can skimp out on the chicken, cheese & avocado!! But most of all they are the SLOWEST - ive waited in the drive thru for 45mins - today no one was in front of me and it took them 12 mins to get 2 chicken breasts and a salad!!! I dont understand I dont recommend this store because it gets me so irritated everytime and its not worth it
